Mosquito Nets save lives - malaria is still a major killer in Malawi.
As we visit villages, we often find orphans, the elderly, and other vulnerable people, sleeping on rags or old sacking. June and July leads into Malawi’s winter when many suffer from the cold, shivering through the night without any suitable bedding.

Increasingly we want to help single-parent and child-led families to start small enterprises by helping them onto the first rung of the business ladder. Having assessed their situation, just K1000 - K2000, (about £5-£10) will enable them to invest in raw materials, add value, then resell at a profit.
